A gap in the market - the Kai Eatery story

Allen Yeh is taking Kai Eatery to the world.

Keen to run a business, Allan Yeh thought he saw a gap in the Auckland market - for authentic Taiwanese fried chicken.

He was right. Now looking to open his second restaurant, Yeh has his sights on a string of 20 franchises.
